Hello, I have been on the mini pill for about 5 months now. I think I forgot to take a pill but was not sure because I took the last pill in the pack without looking at what day it was. I started the new pack on the current day but that may have been the wrong day. There is no way to know this now. This was about 12 days ago. I got my period a couple of days later and the cramps were horrible before and during. My period lasted for about 5 days but now after a week of the end of my period, I am spotting again. It's not a full blown period but I do feel some cramping. Is this normal after missing a pill and being off track?
