Hello, I had unprotected sex with this girl about a week ago. For over a week my tip of penis was kinda stinging. I always have to pee a little after using the washroom (like I come back after to pee a little). I have been using some cream and Vaseline for the tip of my penis. It doesn't burn when I pee or hurt. Today I woke up with like 3-4 red dots underneath my skin tip of my penis. The stinging actually stopped. I'm really scared. I hope it's not herpes but I never had open sores in my genitals. What can it be?
