Hello.
I had ulna shortening surgery. Arm in a sling and casted above the elbow. After the first 3 weeks started to get these electrical like shocks on the same arm in the sling. The occurrence, on the side of the shoulder blade(spine side),would last less than a second. But seemed to get irritated multiple times. Week 5 I am in a shortened cast, not using the sling and still experiencing.
