Hello, I Had Triple Bypass Surgery About 8 Weeks Ago.

Hello, I had triple bypass surgery about 8 weeks ago. The day after surgery I noticed at the bottom of my incision it look like a knot. I was told by the PA this would go away but it does not seem like it's improved at all. The rest of my scar is looking really good. It's not that the bottom of my scar is not healing but it seems to be very round and puffy and just at the bottom.
If you could picture a thin rope (scar) with a light bulb hanging upside down from the bottom of the Rope. Basically it looks like a round area right on top of my xiphoid process that is puffy. It doesn't hurt and it's not bruised just very puffy.. there is nothing hard under it it's just puffy.. the bottom of the scar itself is not swollen or puffy at all just the area under it. It's about the size of a quarter. I have applied heat as I massage it and the rest of my scar but doesn't seem to change. I hope I was clear. It's very hard to explain. It's almost like there was something there that was removed and now I'm left with a hollow bubble. I would love to hear from my doctor who may be able to tell me what this may be. Thank you so much for your help and commitment to helping people on this site. It really means a lot.
