Hello, I had my tubes tied 20 years ago. For the past 3 years i have had dysmenorrhea. For the first time my cycle is 7 days late. The day my cycle was to start i had the symptoms(pain in back, leg discomfort,etc) as usual. But my cycle has not started as of today. Is this a chance i might be pregnant or maybe something more? In the past I have had pelvic area pain (PID). No recent pelvic discomfort without being on my cycle. I have a Dr. appointment in two weeks. Should I go to E.R. before then or wait?
