Hello, I Am Now Over A Year Post Surgery After

Hello, I am now over a year post surgery after having an emergency cesarean subtotal hysterectomy. I have 1/4 of my cervix along with both ovaries, but no tubes. I have spoken with my obgyn since surgery and we were doing lupron injections to prevent menstruation (and ovulation). I did a few cycles of Lupron, and my menstruation subsided, seemed to have completely left. Now - about 6 months post injections, the last month has been hell - to say the least. I've bled twice, along with all the other symptoms of PMS but multiplied by 1000 - I will add I had no PMS symptoms prior to surgery. It feels as though someone is beating my lower abdomen with a baseball bat, I feel sick to my stomach, bloated and my skin is just disgusting it's breaking out so bad. My question is - is it possible for an ovary to actually blow up? The pain has gotten so bad at times I'm crouched in a fetal position bc I cannot move it hurts too bad. What other options do I have beside the induced menopause injections (that have their own side effects) and how dangerous is it really to have the ovaries removed now?
