I am feeling ringing ears, full head and am shaky in the last 10minutes -, I have taken my blood pressure 3 times:
6.40pm - 202 over 116 Pulse69
6.45 pm - 219 over 110 Pulse 72
7.25 pm - 202 over 98 Pulse 61
Do I need to0 ring an ambulance - I live alone - or if I just stay quiet will this be ok.
