Hello, I am a 41 yr old preschool teacher, who was loading children into a six seater buggy yesterday at 4:30 p.m, when I bent down to snap a child into the front seat, stood up and turned to my left directly into the metal/steel pole support beam. Everything went black upon impact and I immediately sat down, haphazardly. I have a large bump on my eyebrow, which bled lightly. My eye lid is swollen and bruised, and I have had a non-stop headache. I feel like I'm in a groggish state, like I took a sleeping pill but didn't sleep. My head feels foggy..hard to describe. My neck and the back of my head started to hurt today. Should I be seen in the E.R?
