I am a 26m, i have 5'7''.
The issue is, that want to be taller so i have looked for ways to improve my height.
For 2 weeks ago i am doing yoga, and hanging exercise regularly.

So far this is the only way to reach my goal.

But i wanted more, and i was curious about ways to increase also the length of my bones or the cartilage. (I would be happy with any result)
I am not sure if my growth plates are fused, but more likely they are.
Limb lengthening is not an option for me so i have looked for other options (supplements) which maybe are just scam, but i decided to give them a chance and first understand how they work (or at least how could :D).
