Hello, I Am A 24 Year Old Caucasian Male. About

Hello, I am a 24 year old Caucasian male. About 4 days ago, I began to notice a slight burning sensation in my urethra. The burning is very slight, and therefore difficult to determine its exact location. The burning sensation increases when I need to urinate, and is relieved when I urinate. I have zero pain when urinating or ejaculating. This pain has been accompanied with reduced urine output, increased frequency of urination, and very weak urine stream. I have seen no lesions, no rashes, no redness, and no discharge from my penis and my urine has been consistently clear and odorless. I am at a bit of a loss as to a cause, as I don't seem to quite match any of the symptoms suggested for the most common bladder infections, UTIs, STIs, etc., though urology is not my specialty, so I am hoping you may have some ideas!
