I am a 19 year old female. Recently back in August, I was diagnosed with a Kidney Infection. I was treated with liquid anitibiotics and was prescribed Cipro for 10 days. Unfortunately, after I finished up my medication my vagina became really sore, dry, and itchy. I was having unusual clumpy and a light greenish/yellowish discharge with absolutely no smell to it. I immediately thought I had a yeast infection so I treated it with the hydrogen peroxide and water remedy and I also ate yogurt. It seemed to work... The discharge went away and so did the itching. I am sexually active, for the past year I have had only one partner. So I don't believe that it was anything like a STD or STI - especially after I had blood and urine test done and also did not have sex the entire time I was on medication. A week or two later, my discharge became very watery and grey cloudy, every time it comes out I feel like I am slightly peeing on myself. It has no smell to it at the moment. Sometimes it smells like bread..? Lol and sometimes it's an unusual smell & then sometimes it smells like absolutely nothing. I'm not sure if I have BV Or the yeast infection is back. But I don't have any other symptoms besides the watery discharge. I have no itching or pain in my urine or anything like that. This has all been going on for about 2-3 months. I also have these smooth, flat abs white colored bumps on my Labia(vagjna lips, where pubic hair would be) they do not hurt, itch or look like blisters. They are only noticeable if you really look closely. I have no idea where they are, but they have been here for a very long time and they don't seem to be going away. They don't seem to be contagious, I've had sex and oral sex and nothing has spreaded to my partner. I have seen the pictures of herpes and warts, they do not look like those pictures. My partner also does not have herpes or warts. Could these bumps be associated with BV or a yeast infection? I know I have to have some type of an infection due to the discharge I am getting, it's very unusual for me., any ideas?
