I am 26 and married. I have no children. My ultrasound report suggested bulky uterus -9.0 x 4.8 x 3.9 cm. Endometrium is normal in size & echo pattern (4.0 mm). Cx normal. No fluid POD/lymphadenopathy. Ovaries are normal in size, yet poly-cystic ovaries seen. I was in the third day of my cycle when ultrasound was conducted.
I'm having irregular mensurational cycles, now as suggested with an bulky uterus and poly cystic ovaries, will it affect conception or pregnancy.
