Hello.

I am 24 years old male, 185 cm and 90 kg. Generally I am in good health., did not get even flu for last 10 years.

Few months ago I started to be afraid for my health, I started to read a lot on the internet especially about heart, and whole time I think I will get heart attack or something like that.

And here are facts.

My BP is 133/66 last time I checked, doctor said it is ok, Cause always I go panic when I am doing BP.
My resting puls is 60 - 65, it goes even to 50 - 55 late in the evening when I want to sleep.
When walking my puls is around 100.
When running it goes 120 - 150.

But when I look in my chests, like now I can see my shirt moving with heart beats, not too much, but when I focuss and look closely I can see it, also I can see without shirt my heart zone moving with heart beat, similiar like with t - shirt.

When I want to sleep and it is quite i can hear heart beats in my ear, when I make special position on pillow to hear it.

I do bnot feel any pain, headache, shortness of breath or similiar, just these problems.

Do you know what is it? I am afraid.
