Hello, I am 20 and I felt this pain in my chest and breasts and stabbing pain in my left scapula, I took medicines n all I was told may be because I have a upset stomach that could be because of trapped gas I went up a number of my bra and now I feel pain under my right breast and ribcage it goes to my underarm and in my right scapula and sometimes it makes my arm numb I am afraid if this is something really serious I am not able to go to a doc anytime soon as I live in a small town and good doctors and not available in here please help me what is it,I saw some changes in my nipples but they're both changing not only one I can't feel any lump or sometime I can but that's because I've anxiety so whatever I read on Internet I feel that's happening to me too but that's really not the case I know I sound weird but I can't help it help me
