Hello. For four days today I have been having upper abdominal pain on my left side. This pain radiates to the back area just below my left shoulder blade. I also feel fatigued and cannot breathe deep because the pain stabs me horribly front and back making it difficult to speak. I can hardly sleep because of the pain that is constant yet stronger at certain moments like when I walk or move around too much. i have no nausea or dizziness and have continued to eat because it gives me some relief but not for more that a few minutes after the meal. Should I go to ER?
