We have recently done an mri of my mother who is 69 years of age due to constant headaches and loss of balance. Result is as below: Clinical details: known case of carcinoma endometrium Conclusion: 2 well defined heterogenous lesions in the left frontal and temporo pareital regions causing a mass effect on the underlying brain parenchyma and ventricles without significant perilesional edema. These represent metastases Multiple lacunar ischemis foci in bilateral cerebral hemispheres Cerebral atrophy Please suggest what this means as we will be seeing the oncologist only next week.
