Hello Doctor Timothy G. Moser; I Am A 51 Year

Hello Doctor Timothy G. Moser; I am a 51 year old male. Taking Morphine sulfate er 15 mg x 2/day. oxycodone x 2-3/day, lisinopril 10 mg x 1/day, Ranexa 500 mg x 2/day, bystolic 10 x 1/day, Doxycycline x 2 /day Levoxyl 125 mcg x 1 day. I am having severe upper abdominal pain from the pill induced esophagatis....since many of these meds I have to take while laying down in bed and not standing up with a full glass of water. I was diagnosed by Dr. Rohweder at Mile High Family Medicine in Lakewood, CO with pill induced esophagitis on august 2015. He prescribed me omeprazole 40 mg x 1/day....but did not continue with the treatment for many reasons due to my sons autism and epilepsy. I put myself in the back burner. I terminated my relationship with this Doctor due to a mishap with my wife at their medical center. So I do not have a primary. Every time I pop a pill, i get this bad abdominal pain. I took a nitrostat 0.4 mg (1/150gr) sublingual this afternoon after taking my Bystolic 10 mg...As you kow it helps with soft spastic tissues as well and I found some relief. But i still feel the sweeling and pain. I can't see a gastro right now and I do not want to go to an ER today because of my son...and they wont be able to treat that tonight. . Omeprazole as you know is a proton pump inhibitor, but it takes days before it gives you a good effect. Corticosteroid is recommended when one is unresponsive to agressive medical anti gerd medication. I happen to have a pack of METHYLPREDNISOLONE TABLETS USP 4 MG PACK left over given to me for a nasal infection by Dr. Vidas a Ear nose and throat Doctor in Lakewood, CO...because I have giant nasal polyps. Can this help me deal with the pill induced esophagatis? And if so....HOW DO I START THIS PACK THIS EVENING? I feel inflamation in the upper abdomen...and like I said, every time I pop a pill it hurts and the pain radiates to my arm a bit. Although my blood pressure and beats per minute are perfect 122/82-58 I would be happy to go to your practice to follow up. I live in Lakewood, CO My name is Manuel Garcia 1254 S reed Street, no 4, Lakewood, CO 80232. My phone is 720-486-3576.
