Hello Doctor,
Is there a cause for concern in an overweight 25yr old male with LVEF=50% and PVC less than 5%. The person has no symptoms (no palpitations etc).
I also wanted to know about measures that can be taken to increase the strength of the cardiac muscle so as to increase LVEF and decrease PVC. The person is also non smoker and occasional drinker.
