Hello Doctor,
I took anti rabies vaccine for a scratch in August, 2014. But, yesterday a stray dog's saliva came in contact with my eye. ( I guess it's a rabid one because the lower jaw is dislocated, slight drooling, was shaking the head continuously). So, do I need to take the vaccination again?? What are aide effects of vaccination?
Also, when I met the doctor today evening, he said vaccination is not necessary and he said that the last vaccination which was administered in august,2014 will provide immunity for 5years..
I am confused. Please do help me..
