Hello Doctor,

I recently had fever for two weeks and it has been very mild... during these days I took paracetamol thrice a day along with niquil and then from third week I took azithromycin once a day for five days along with niquil thrice a day and paracetamol thrice... then from end of third week as I completed my azithromycin course, I started taking paracetamol, aleve and ibuprofen four times a day and it continued for 5 more days....

I haven't thought a lot of medication like this would affect me and I think it had some effect on my liver. When I went for a blood test, I was said my alt and ast levels are very high. But I don't have any hepatitis or hsv.

The first blood test (right after I stopped taking medications) indicated my alt is at 81 and ast is at 42.
The second blood test (after three weeks) indicated my alt is at 139 and ast is at 79.

Do you think the liver enzymes are elevated because of a lot of medication that I took?

Please advice me on this doctor.
Your suggestion will help me a lot.
