Hello Doctor,

I really need your help. I had unprotected intercurse with my bf on 20th day of cycle, and within 10 hours i took an ipill. Today is the ninth day i havent had withdrawal bleeding. Moreover, i feel tenderness of my breasts, and secondly, i am also experiencing vaginal discharge.

I would also like to share that, without the ipill, my regular periods date will be on 29th October. Should I be consulting any gynaecologist, pr should I wait for few days for the periods to occur?
Within the situation described, are there any chances pf getting pregnant?
What all measures to be taken to avoid pregnancy?
