Hello Doctor -
I am 44 years old and no kids. And givenbelow are the results of my Abdomen and Pelvis ultrasound.
Liver, bladder, spleen, pandas, kidneys, bladder are fine.
Uterus-
Size : 71*50*45 normal in size. Hypoechoic area visualized at posterior wall subserosal region measures 32*28 mm.
Overlies -
Right Overy: 29*15 mm
Left Overy: 24*13 mm
Both ovaries are normal in size, shape and echo texture. No paraarotic adenopathy. No ascites.
Impression:
Subserosal Fibroid... For clinical correlation.
Question: Are these observations very abnormal? Ultrasound was done in April 2015 and no major issues as such as my periods are regular except for few symptoms like headache before getting my chunks. However, I am experiencing a constant pelvic pain for days. I cannot walk or work continuously without taking rest for a couple of hours. I just feel like lying down on bed ( that does not help either but somewhat better)
What should be the next steps. Do I need an ultrasound again? Can I take Tylenol tablets and how many can one take each day?
Thanks
- Sara
