Heart Beats Fast, Chest Hurts, Left Arm Pains, Feel Ill. Why Is It?
hi , im woriying about my haert it beats fast even when im just doing note and when im strest , i kind of panick and then my chest starts to hurt and after a while then my lited arm hurt all way down and then i feel ill and sometimes this can happen out of the blue at night as well . can you help me to find out what it is ? wolf

this is cardiac disease sign
you have to check
1) ECG
2) BP
3) stress test
that test showing is your cardiac system doing properly or not
is your cardiac capacity is proper
one more think
if you do this it will go away
1) take daily exercise
2)take time to time food
3) go away from sex
4)sleep as early as possible before 9.30 pm
