Having Two Movable Lumps In Back, Painful. Could This Be Harmless Lipoma?

Hi, I have two movable lumps in my back. One is on my left side and the other is above my tail bone. They are both painful only if I press on them. I also have a funny nerve pain that shoots down the back of my thigh into my calf on the right side. In my research I found this could be a harmless lipoma but could this be related to my pain in the calf/thigh?

If your lumps are painful, it is recommended to go for surgical removal & biopsy. Your pain in thigh & calf is not related to these lumps. It could be symptom of Slip Disc. Please do consult a Ortho Spine Surgeon for exact clinical evaluation & MRI so that final treatment can be given.
