Internal Medicine Specialist Dr. Ram Choudhary's  Response
Hi
Welcome to health care magic.
The lack of or fear of eye contact and fear of talking to others is called social phobia.
This is a condition which reflects the lack of confidence in yourself so you should try to speak before the mirror on common topics, keep your self updated on the day to day happening and be aware of the worldly events.
You should not be afraid of any person, be friendly with othera and develop amicable spirits
You are already on multiple mood stabilizers medicines, adding more drugs may ake you drowsy.
Get interviewed by your psychatrist and ask if doses of the Quietiapine can be reduced and low dose propranolol may help you if your base line ECG has been norma.
I hope that advice will be helpful for you.
