Having Noticed Headache & Shaking In Body
Hello Dr.,i feel sleepy whenever i climb on the bed and internal heat and even headache.I even feel my body shaking mostly when i take something from down to my mouth,i feel my hand shaking.Please help me doctor,it makes me really scared cuz i don't know what i am sick of.
