Having Noticed Blood From Nose After An Injury

My 2 year old son bumped his nose on my knee and he was bleeding for a minute then it stopped 30 minutes later he had a bit of blood for a few seconds but it stopped. Should I be worried? My name is Kefilwe and my email is YYYY@YYYY

Hi,
It seems that he might be having small cut or bruise due to injury.
Nothing to worry as bleeding is stopped.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Afterwards do not try to remove crust from the nose.
If swelling is there, apply ice pack.
Ok and take care.
