Having Nervousness Feeling In Upper Chest Lasting For Few Seconds
Not exactly sure how to describe what is going on... the feeling you get when you are really nervous about something is ... i have been getting a few very brief feelings like that in my upper chest... last a few seconds and goes away. This has happened a few times in the past week or so.

From history it seems that you might be having some nerve irritation giving rise to this problem.
To be on safe side go for EKG to rule out any cardiac problem.
