Having Loose Motion, Vomiting, Stomach Pain For Weeks. Should I Meet Doctor?

Hi , my 3 yr old has had really loose poo for two weeks ,then a wk ago she had terrible smelly wind and woke up vomiting and had a temperature. This lasted 24 hr and she then had diarrhoea. She went off food for 3-4 days. It then started getting better then she is still complaining of tummy pain and for the past three days she has been sick once day after food. It is liquid rather than food as she hasn t eaten much food. Her poo is now pale yellow now, but she has very gassy and her breath smells the same. Just need some advise as to where it is worth seeing out gp as this has been going in for 3 wks now?

Hi,
From history it seems that she is having gastro-intestinal infection giving rise to this problem.
Go for stool test to know the causative organisms, either bacteria or amebic.
After report give her a course of Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine after consulting your doctor to get cure.
Give her light diet, plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
