Having Headache Frequently. No Medication Till Now. What To Do For This Problem?
I have been getting headaches start in the back of my head on the left side When it begins it feels like my glasses are very tight and pushing on the back of my ear . front back of my ear my jaw.my temple .ear are very sensitive to touch and ache. my left sode of my nose feels full.these occur at anytime. what do you suggest

Yours may be a presentation of trigeminal neuralgia.You need to consult a neurologist in respect to the matter and get medication for several months.
