So you need to consult ENT surgeon for your indirect laryngoscopy examination to visualize larynx..... As red spot on tongue infection could be viral.... Posterior pharynx also examined for enlarge tonsil ...If enlarge stuck feeling in throat can occur.... You need to given short term steroid and antibiotic.... Steam inhalation useful.... If blocked nose present then fluticasone nasal spray might given. Avoid excess fried and spicy foods. Frequent sips of hot water useful. With keeping this in mind consult Ent surgeon. Take care
