Have Shoulder Injury, Hearing Sensitivity And Upset Stomach. No Muscle Weakness. Suggestions?
I have a shoulder injury and am told that some symptoms I am having - hearing sensitivity, upset stomach and visual disturbance (not blurry just a little funny), symptoms the worst in the car is probably related to the vagus nerve being pinched. I am concerned however about ms - I have no muscle weakness or any other symptoms other than anxiety.

If pain has started following shoulder injury then probability of ligament or nerve injury can be kept ,you need to investigate further in the form of MRI shoulder and brain ,as there is suspicision of MS.
Yes all your other symptoms suggest neural injury EMG NCV study may help.
