Have Pain On Chest, Neck And Shoulder Pain. Felt Like Trapped Nerve And Twinges In Chest Again. Suggest?

I have pains on the right hand side of my chest, and also feels like in my neck an right shoulder blade area, it started off when I slept on the sofa and woke with a sniff neck and it felt like I had trapped a nerve, which have been since last Wednesday about 5 days ago. I have not noticed so many problems today at work until I got home tonight when I felt twinges in my right chest again, the area feels like it is bruised. Please advise

Thanks Tony Vince

This is a temporary problem. It must be because of you sleeping in an abnormal causing pressure on the nerves that pass through the shoulder and supplying the chest, neck and the shoulder.
Take myospaz tablets 2 times daily for 5 days and take some rest.
If the pain doesnt subside and still u getting twinges then u need to do an xray of the neck and shoulder to rule out any cervical rib causing such a problem.
