Welcome to HCM

Dear friend just for your knowledge masturbation is a healthy practice. There is no harm in masturbating. It is simply manual stimulation of our organs in order to achieve orgasm. It is done by both males and females. When semen is formed in body after puberty, it may-
- either emitted out during sexual intercourse.
- or it may be ejeculated bu masturbation
- or it is spontaneously emitted in night, or nocturnal emission
- or it is absorbed by body itself.

It is not related to power. Both masturbation and night fall are normal. Don't get tensed about these things in such tender age. Try to divert your attention by reading or participating in outdoor play. It is normal.
