Have Lumps Like Marble In Testicles. What Could It Be?

hi my boyfriend and i have been together for 3 years and he finally has shared a very strange issue with me. His balls are lumpy. Very very lumpy. They look like marbles coming out of his sack. He has had them since he was a teen. Hes 28 now. Any idea what it could be?

If he has also discomfort or pain in testicles, such lumpy things are most likely varicocele - enlarged veins of testis. This condition can be diagnosed with ultrasound and treated with laparoscopic surgery.
Other possibility is that you and your boyfriend have palpated normal structure which is epidydymis.

The best way is to visit urologist and have ultrasound which will diagnose the problem.
