Have Headache And Tiredness Due To Hit In The Temple

I just got out the car and the door came back around and hit me on my left temple. It hurt and now I feel sick, have a headache and feel tired. I have just been to birthday party so some of the tiredness, etc may be from that but I just want to be on the safe side. Should i just leave it or go to the doctors?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You are having head injury. Possibility of simple skeletal pain is more.
So you can wait and follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in such skeletal pain.
Apply ice packs on affected part of head.
Take painkiller like ibuprofen.
Avoid jerky head movements.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
You will mostly improve with all these in 1-2 weeks.
If not improving then get done CT scan of brain to rule out internal brain injury.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
