Have Has Severe Pain In Shoulder, Right Arm And Numbness

Have has severe pain in shoulder, right arm and numbness and tingling in hand and lower arm.
Had a CT myelogram CT and these were the findings:
Should I be concerned:

C4-C5: small midline disk protrusion. Left uncovertebral joint
hypertrophy. Mild left neural foraminal narrowing

C5-C6: Minimal midline disc protrusion. No neural compromise

C6-C7: Disc/osteophyte complex eccentric to the right side with right
uncovertebral joint hypertrophy. CSF is effaced from the medial
aspect of the right neural foramen. Suspect at least moderate right
neural foraminal narrowing. No significant canal narrowing

1. No evidence of acute process
2. Degenerative changes at the C6-C7 level which efface the CSF
around the internal aspect of the right neural foramen. There is
right uncovertebral joint hypertrophy. Does the patient have a right
C7 radiculopathy?
3. Uncovertebral joint hypertrophy left-sided C4-C5 causing mild
left neural foraminal narrowing. Does the patient have a left C4
radiculopathy?
4. Multilevel disc bulges noted. I do not however see
significant canal narrowing.
