Have Foot Pain, Discomfort, Unable To Walk Without Supportive Slippers, Soreness. What Is The Cause And Cure?
I have foot pain/discomfort on the bottom of my feet. This started happening a few months ago. I cannot walk on the floor without supportive slippers or shoes. When I walk without shoes it feels like I have no cushion on the bottom of my feet and that I'm walking on the bones. It is exceptionally bad when I wake up in the morning or when I sit for a long time. It takes a few moments to adjust enough to walk. I am able to workout and run but in the morning after I suffer. Also, my left foot has a continual sore pain around the ball of my foot. I am an active 53 year old but beginning to walk like a senior citizen. Can you advise what this might be, what is the cause and if I can cure it?. Desperate Runner.
Hi, thanks for calling Health care magic forum. You are aged 53 years and this is the time for osteo arthritis, due to friction of the bones at the joints. As it is only from few months , and there is documented treatment for the repair of the bones and cartilages of the bones , i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. wishing a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
