I have fissure anal and i used crema gel and do sitz bathing with savroln as doctor prescription but i have one more problem i need to go for toilet 6 to 7 time in day so the fissure anal is not recovery becuse of it so please advace me

Hi, the fissure in the anus might be high up, i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have proctoscopy, for confirmation.
i to my patient with such infection prescribe systemic antibiotics, anerobic anti biotics, and locally steroid combination cream,and a continuous usage of the laxative is necessory. If recurance is there it should get operated. Thank you.
