Have Cold, Running Nose, Coughing, Makes Nasal Noise While Breathing. Right Medication?

Hi,my baby is 9months old.he has been infected with cold by his 7yr grade 2 brother.He has runing nose for the past three months but it seemed to be getting better day by day.He has been coughing for the past three days especially at night but the rate he coughs at night seemed to be reducing day by day.i noticed that whenever he finish coughing,he makes some nasal noise while breathing for sometime and it stops.he eats well and has no fever.what am i suppose to do?thank you.

Thanks for your query.
Your baby was having upper respiratory symptoms which now according to you are getting better.
For nose block I suggest you to use saline nasal drops 3 to 4 times a day before feeding.
Humidify room with steamer as it will prevent dryness of airways.
In case it persist get him evaluated by pediatrician.
