Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic
It seems like a normal response. Once silverex touches your skin it liquifies a little due to your body temperature. Scald wound is a wet wound and little bit of serous discharge will come from wound as well. Continue the course of antibiotics and keep the scald area clean and dry. If redness is spreading around associated with pus discharge go back to the doctor.
Hope this helped
Take care
