Have Bump On Nose Which Ooze Clear Liquid, Blisters On Bum. Right Medication?

Hello, I have noticed a few issues such as this: First on my nose there was this bump that started to ooze clear liquid. Then there became this blister like bumps on my bum where they also started to ooze clear liquid. It keeps returning as a blister like substance but because my bum keeps rubbing together it keeps not scabbing and peeling away. And now on the back of my head there is a bump that will not stop oozing clear liquid. All of these are present, and non smelling. Just thick clear liquid.

hi. you didnt mention any symptoms? Also the duration?
Seems Impetigo which are fluid filled flaccid blisters and rupture to dacharge clear or sero-purulent material which can dry up to form honey coloured crusts.

Take a course of oral antibiotic like amoxycillin/augmentin and apply topical antibacterial like mupirocin twice daily for a week
