Psychiatrist 's  Response

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Public Forum

Your pain complaints due to damage to esophagus by pressure or acid reflux. You may need examination by general physician and investigation like endoscopy. You should also meet psychiatrist for treatment of bulimia to prevent such episode in future.

For time being just take anti acidity measures like milk and tablet pantoprazole 40 mg two times a day.

I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
Wish you Good Health.
