Have Bulimia. Had A Massive Binge And Purged. Neck And Shoulder Pain Solution?

I have bulimia , last sunday i had a massive binge and purged, i found it difficult to bring it up at first and then it suddenly came out, projectile, it hurt, later that day i got an agonising pain in my right side of my neck , the next day it had moved into my shoulder , i still have this pain, its unbearable,its like a toothache in my neck and shoulder, im worried ive done something to my esosaphagus. Your pain complaints due to damage to esophagus by pressure or acid reflux. You may need examination by general physician and investigation like endoscopy. You should also meet psychiatrist for treatment of bulimia to prevent such episode in future.

For time being just take anti acidity measures like milk and tablet pantoprazole 40 mg two times a day.
