Have Blister On The Chest And Head Which Is Itchy And Re-occurs?

Hi. My husband has a skin condition and has been to two specialists, 2 MD. and a natural path. He has been on three different anitibotics and vitiamins for inflammation. Nothing has worked. He gets blisters on his head and chest, mostly his head. They are itchy and keep coming back. They scab over and start again. We have checked every skin problem online and cannot find the same thing.

Hi,

I have gone through your query and it could be an autoimmune bullous disease like bullous pemphigoid or photosensitive disorder. I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist and go for a biopsy of the affected areas.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist
