Hello,

In this situation good nursing care is needed for the patients.

The position of the patient has to be changed every half to one hour to prevent bed sores.
All the pressure points like the bony projections should be applied with powders.
The entire body has to be wiped with water every day.
Regular passive movements of all the joints will help prevent freezing of the joints.
Keep the skin moist by applying lotions.
