Why Do I Have Slight Discomfort That Comes And Goes In My Left Arm?

Have a slight discomfort that comes in goes in my left arm since Friday so 3 days now. It’s not painful just a discomfort and it’s in different places in my arm at different times. I have no other symptoms of any type. The discomfort will go away for several hours then make an occasional appearance for a while. I’m ok with the issue as it’s not bad pain at all and could be from me sleeping wrong or something else minor. My concern is the left arm often being something cardiac related. 28 year old and male no health issues but am overweight lol.

Hello,

Your symptoms don't seem to be cardiac related. I recommend taking magnesium supplements and ibuprofen to help against inflammation. If the pain is triggered by arm movement is typical of musculoskeletal pain. At your age, a cardiac issue would be really unlikely.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
