Have a dent on outside of both legs just below the knee side of calf.but have spent the past year not getting the excerise I was .spent 16 weeks in a leg and foot cast on crutches and decompression op lower lumber disc removed last august and mild artitiris in in toe So not been as active but doing more now.
is this just muscle weakness through being stuck in from last may until Sept..Also get serve night leg cramps in my right leg.this is the leg that sciatica started in and broke my 5th metarsal last year.
