Have A Dark Spot Under The Tongue. Taking Medication For Other History. What Can This Be?

I just noticed a dark spot under my tongue. It is not painful. I have MS and have just added Tecfidera to my prescription medication regimen. I have been having gastro issues for months, but all nests are normal (ultra-sound, Bravo, pH manometry, barium swallow). I haven't had trauma to the tongue.
Thank you kindly,

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Dear,
I have undrerstood your complaint, these spots are called malanosis and can occur in mucosal region of oral cavity. dont get panicky, these are the spots
which are non malignant. you can take antioxidants for 30 days and get reviewed .
still I would suggest you to consult the Specialist if you don’t get relief as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed. Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more query. i will be pleased to answer.
Yours sincerely
