hi a troat specialist examined me and found very small nodules on both vocal cords.. he said nothing major at the moment .. told me that I,m using my troat wrong and need to engage stomach muscles more and use an open troat.. what do you recommend for me to try and as he said iron them out .. I sing on weekends at ethnic weddings which requires me to sing for hours at a time then the next day as well.. what solutions technics should I try to minimise the strai on my voice,, already use regular gerd medication
