hello I have a few hard lumps in my neck , a sub mental lump that is 1cm by 1cm and has been present since 2007 which has grown a little... 2 new ones I found recently one on the side of my neck and the other in the posterior triangle of my neck. I am a med student and I was wondering if you could give me an idea of what it could be. the lump on the back of my neck recently is hurting and my neck feels tight in flexion and the lump feels painful when stretched
